Today we explored finding fractions with skittles and then converting those fractions into decimals and percents! Ask you kids to tell you how.........
Our class had the opportunity on Friday to have Mrs. Jex, a district art specialist, come and teach us how to do Egyptian profile pictures. The students had a lot of fun making their pictures and I learned that we have a classroom full of great artists!
Today was our 6th Grade Team Building Activity. Each 6th Grade class tie dyed shirts for our activity. Our shirts are blue. We had a great afternoon working in groups to solve different activities :-) We are also so grateful for the awesome parent volunteers who helped us today or sent watermelon. Thanks!
